Prayer and Healing

Prayer is life creating and life changing and prayer makes a difference in the lives of those we pray for. Jesus tells us that if we bring our concerns and joys to God, he will answer our prayers.  "And I tell you, ask and you will receive; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you" (Luke 11:9.)  Indeed, there is great power in prayer. The Apostle Paul tells us there is even more power in the prayer of many. The prayer and healing ministry of St. Matthews is dedicated to praying for those in need of prayer. We invite you to send your prayer requests both joys and concerns to our prayer team. Your prayers will be lifted up and multiplied by the members of our ministry team.

You may send your prayer requests to PrayerAndHealing@stmatthewssterling.org or if this is an emergency please call Father Rob at (703) 430-2121 or Leslie Tracy at (703) 801-1727. All requests will be kept confidential.
